Road Test Info
Road tests are booked independently by the student through
Alberta Registry Agents or www.albertadriverexaminer.ca
Scheduling and availability of road tests are outside the scope of the training program.
🚗 Lesson Completion & Road Tests
Driver training consists of the in-car lesson hours included in the selected program. Once these lessons are complete, in-car instruction is finished.
🚗 Additional Options for Freewheel Students
Use of School Car for Road Test:
• Use of the school vehicle is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Confirmation that Alberta D.R.I.V.E.R. evaluation standards are met by the Freewheel Driving student (min 75%).
• This booking reserves instructor availability, early arrival requirements at the registry, use of the car for the road test itself, and typically includes a short warm-up drive.
• Sometimes pre-test instruction is covered by remaining package hours

Some Alberta Registry offices offer a car rental for a small fee when booking your road test.
We don’t know of any in Mountain View County and surrounding areas that do this, however, below are a few options within an hour drive of Didsbury.
